To mark the 70th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain, arguably the most important event in modern British history, brothers Colin and Ewan McGregor present a BBC1 feature length documentary leading us through the timeline of events during the height of the Battle of Britain.

For Colin as a twenty year served RAF veteran the most famous aerial war in history has had a significant role in his life. As he learns to transfer his fighter jet skills to flying the iconic Spitfire his equally plane crazy brother Ewan finds a passion for the 1940's workhorse of the RAF - the Hurricane.
